INSTALLATION OF ADAPT-A-DOOR AT WAREHOUSE:
OLD DOOR WAS TEARING APART FROM SEVERAL HITS FROM JACKS.
WE REMOVED OLD DOOR AND INSTALLED EXTRA PROTECTION TO PREVENT SAME ISSUE FROM HAPPENING AGAIN: DIAMOND PLATES AT BOTTOM OF DOOR AND INSIDE.
Replacement of cooling tower
Old cooling tower was rusted and leaking everywere:
there was only one big problem: cooling tower was placed in the basement since day one when they built the building.
thermochill hvac came with a solution,our team contacted bac and asked them to get us the tower disassembled, so we could bring it apart to the basement and assemble it bolt by bolt and panel by panel.
after 14 hours of labor with a team of 8, the job was satisfactorily completed.
installation condensing and evaporator unit
it was one of those mobile walk-in freezers with a 4 hp condensing unit:
the box was not in use for at least 5 years, controls were missing, burned fan motors and compressor.
why spend so much money fixing controls and replacing compressorand fan motors when you can get basically a brand new unit with a year warranty on it by the same amount of money to spent.
